Admission Process

Things To Know First

All required documents are necessary for the complete processing of your child’s admission. Without them, admission cannot be completed and your child’s start date will keep getting pushed back.

You will need:

  • Nonrefundable ¢200.00 application fee and the payment reference. Payment must be made via Mobile Money. Contact us to get the number for payment if filling form offline
  • Applicant's birth certificate / passport bio page
  • Applicant's immunisation records
  • One portrait passport picture of the applicant - jpeg/png type only
  • Last two term's reports (for entrants from 1st grade onwards)
  • Medical reports for allergies / special conditions

When To Apply?

Apply anytime! 

Admissions are open all year round. 

Your child will start school at the nearest time following their admission.

The Application Process

Prepare for the Application

Make sure you have the documents listed above before you begin the application process:

When you have all these, you are ready to have a seamless application process.

Complete the Form

Visit our ‘Apply Now‘ page and complete the application form in one of 2 ways:

  1. Fill and submit online
  2. Download the form, fill and bring to the office

Please make sure all contact details provided are accurate and reachable.

Review The Submission

After the form has been submitted, it will take a week for the admission team to get back to you confirming the submission and processing of your application.

At this stage, you will know if your child has progressed to the assessment stage.

Assessments and Interviews

Applicants to be assessed will be given a date to come over to the school for an entrance assessment. 

All assessments and interviews will be conducted on the same day.

Assessments will be in various forms including written assessment, oral assessment and cognitive/behavioural assessment depending on applicant age and grade. 

Applicants from Kindergarten to 9th Grade will take written assessments in English, Math and Science.

Enrolment Process

Applicants who successfully pass interviews and assessments will be given an admission letter, get fitted for uniforms and get enrolled onto our school management app: SmartSapp.

Parents will be trained on the setting up and use of the app, after which they will be guided to make fees payments.

After full payment of fees, applicant will be given a start date.

First Day of School

On start date, dress your child up neatly in the uniform, bring them over to the school, meet their teacher, and relax, knowing your child is in good hands!
